Missing Purple Loot bag. Ellyrion/Shadowlands flip

I won a purple loot bag from the Shadowlands/Ellyrion flip around 11:50pm EST however, it never showed up. Anything that can be done?

Mail yourself something from another toon. Sometimes that pushes it through. If that doesn't work, wait till server reboot. If that doesn't work, you're probably SOL.
