Return of Reckoning

I've noticed that the keeps often remain in a status of under attack even though the door is at 100%.
The suggestion is that doors at 100% won't show as being under attack.

There is a timer after a door is attacked by a siege weapon that is supposed to expire. We've seen some players will intentionally ping a door with a siege weapon if only to keep it under attacked status.
