RoRLauncher crashing with fault code

Hello and thanks in advance if anyone has an idea what I have likely done wrong.
Initially tried the normal download and was unable to launch, So I have now used the torrent download and believe I have followed the instructions.
When trying to us RoRLauncher located within my Warhammer Online folder that is on my desktop, the launcher stops working immediately and I am presented with the following information......

Computers are not quite my thing, so I guess I have done a schoolboy error somewhere.
Running windows 7 64bit and have updated direct x etc as directed.
