Was not able to target him, while he was able to hit me, good i played with shammy and able to survive any order solo.

yeah i saw something simiular with a choppa in nordland RvR lake while some RvR action

you coudn't target him or kill him with aoe/turrets

i first guessed he was a multiboxer but every copy had the same name

Its not multi box atm, hes speed is more than 60k thats why you see him teleporting i thinck.

I think its same guy from 2-3 days ago we meet in dwarf, he took the flag back without a way to stop him. Some party member said he fraps it, i only got a screenshot.

It's a bug. Seems to happen when the port from one area to another fails and the play is landing in another area (e.g. greenskin start area for orderchars). After a relog, this should be corrected and the player should be where he wanted to travel to.
My guess: when the port fails, server and client are not "synchronized" anymore and for other clients he is "ghosting" around, while on the client of the player it looks all normal.

There are lots of players who use cheats here whether it be teleport hacks or speed-hacks they abuse it open world and scenario, you can report them but nothing will happen.

Instead of helping developers this suckers work on cheats and delay progress of the server. Cos DEV team need to fix that things.

I recorded a real speedhacker in the past and PM'd him. The player was banned shortly after this. As you can imagine, you need some evidence for this (video with medium quality at least; screenshots in case of a speedhack would be not very helpful).
Devs don't ban people without any evidence for obvious reasons. I could imagine they already get enough PM's with cheating/speedhacking because of (mostly known) bugs or with "evidence" like: i died in PvP.

All i wrote was that i know a bug, that looks exactly like this and seems to be triggered by wrong porting.
Afaik people with the bug don't realize when this occurs, as for them it all looks normal (really not sure though...).

I didn't say that there are no players willing to exploit that bug to their advantage, if they are aware of it.

Btw: there exists also another bug with map coordinates not being correctly updated when players leave the area. Maybe this is the cause or has something to do with it.

Hmm, on my screenshot the person who use cheat was waiting for lair boss to spawn and kill him with SM, cos if your chartacter is not targetable . Boss cant attack you. Its so pathetic, cos any person able to kill lair boss solo by kiting it with ranged characters... at the same moment there is White lion class (i gues same person use that target cheats) camping inside the ekrund lair...
