launcher 1126 files

Hello, I downloaded full game, not using torrent, launcher requires 1126 files more to download. each file takes ~1 minute. Is this normal? After letting it run overnight it was stuck on 600ish and when i restart client it starts from 0.

Same. 2nd attempt got this error:
