Return of Reckoning

Hello everyone.

I can't find any recent information about this spell. Apparently it used to be an aoe at some point, now it's not anymore ? And more importantly how is it working with Bullets of Purity ? Does it proc twice (at the beginning and ending) or does it proc for every tick ? I'm not sure if i spec into Judgement or Confession because of that.

It's a single target ability, no aoe (unless used while M3 Broad Swings is up.) It procs the bullets at the beginning and the end.

Its uses are pretty niche: if you're running Blessed Blades it will keep that proc up through the entire channel, so it can be useful if you have some DOTs already on your target. It also will maintain damage on a WE who has gone into stealth. Apart from that it's pretty meh as far as executions go.
