[WE] AoE kisses?

Is it not possible for apply kiss debuffs in an AoE? I know WH is able to apply AoE heal/ini debuffs in wb play, but it seems WE doesn't have that luxury? Is this a bug or is it intended that WE doesn't have the ability to apply AoE debuffs like WH?

Well you could spec OYK and try it in pve and see if does indeed work or not. Keep in mind that WH have a 100% to proc their bullets with finishers only while WE have a 25% chance with every attack.
