Return of Reckoning

So I am new to the game and want to try out a mdps aoe choppa with dual wield, below is what I think looks good to me but not sure if it optimal or where to use the remaining points. Also any changes people think I should have or tips would be very welcome.

This is an RvR friendly build you can spec for at 40. You'll be able to contribute good AoE pressure, pull enemies to you, apply a heal debuff and knock em' down or snare them for your allies to finish off. Also, you have Chop Fasta', a much appreciated buff. At RR60, you can pick up the morale 4 ability in the Wrecka tree, Stomp The Yard to help budge those stubborn stunties in keep and fort takes.

Also what end game gear should I be going for with this build?

for this spec go for conq->vanq->invader->off sov.
for the stat: str->crit->ws->wounds
for the rp: 3 FS->crit->parry/dodge/disrupt

Out of curiosity what about the warlord gear? Shall I skip that and go for off sov instead?
