Can't get into game - LOGIN TIMEOUT

Hi, i downloaded and did all steps as per the tutorial post stated.
Launch game, and when i try log into Marty's Square, it says
Entering the fray
Connecting to server
Handshaking
logging in...
And then it says Login Timed out.
any ideas on what to do... ?

Could you try to use a VPN to connect? Just to see whether or not it's something to do with your network.

Now when i launch it it just crashes saying Authentication failed.

Right click the folder directory and untick 'Read-Only'.
