DoK 30% melee crit?

Hi there. im curious. Someone says u can get 30% melee crit without speccing into renown abilities. Can someone tell me how this is possible. What gear to combine etc. thank you

Murderous Intent Tactic gives 10%, SC weapons give 4%. Full Bloodlord 9%, Toughness / Crit liniment gives 5%. Sentinel talisman gives 4% = 32%
I haven't checked Sov, but I would bet it's even higher

Saying Bloodlord gives 9% is stretching it a bit. It gives 3% plus a (measly) 5% proc chance of an additional +6%.

3 warlord 2 sov 2 oppressor 10% senti jewel 4%. 2 weap 4%. Rr 14%. tactic 10%. Liniment 5% for 47%
Or 5 bloodlord 2 oppressor for less str and ws but 45% and proc 6% to 51%

Yeah, it is proc based - but playing it myself I noticed very very high uptime, particularly in 6v6 where it's melee v melee, and it can refresh itself
