Return of Reckoning

Currently any rank 16+ player can spawn a ram and/or use a ram despite their rank and renown rank. This often leads to inexperienced players throwing the ram away and prolongs zones causing aggravated players to switch realms.

My suggestion is to:
1) Limit who can occupy a ram to those R40/RR50.
2) Limit who can move a ram to those RR60+
3) Limit who can spawn a ram to those RR70+

With current population numbers I believe this is a realistic limitation and can lead to more enjoyable sieges on both realms.
Please leave constructive comments and/or better solutions to this issue.

I think there are many reasons this won't work -- experienced players on alts, small wb-sized groups taking a low pop zone, sieging while most 40s with high rr are in forts or city.

I think a better solution is to have a space where newer players can learn to use rams, siege, and other keep-related mechanics in a way that doesn't impact players trying to push zones.

Edit to add example:
I've seen a few instances of people bringing rams into WC or PvE zones. Let them learn that doesn't work in a T2 zone in a way that doesn't impact players trying to push a pairing

Your proposal is a great way to make sure noone ever caps a zone outside of peak times, lol

Seriously though, there's no strict correlation between renown rank on current character and frontal lobe development, so I don't think the idea is that good anyway.
