Return of Reckoning

I've seen this game waaay back then, when it was still alive. Needless to say I remember very little about it, but thought I'd take a chance and get to play it again.
Anyhow, I'm wondering if there's any guilds in the game that would be willing to recruit a newb on the Order side (Empire/Witch Hunter)

Also... is there a channel I can speak to people online or only if I find them nearby?
