missing file d3dx9_34.dll ?? Cannot get beyond launcher.

Any help with this issue would be great. I'm an old War player looking to get back into the thick of it.

Do not use ur copy or downloaded torrent of the game. Download the torrent file for RoR in the post here :

Follow the instructions there to use the correct launcher.
If it fails, reinstall Direct X 9. Google for it and u will get the latest.

Missing a key directx file. Download the latest directx packs and install them. It should resolve it.
If not, let me know and I'll send you a link for the .dll file.

Download the file and put it in your War-folder - worked for me.
