Return of Reckoning

Remove the "Dye Items" option from all NPCs. This will improve the economy (Dye will start to cost something), improve pve (going to dungeons for Dye's will make sense), improve the open world (drop of Dye's from mobs will not be useless). This is not a big change that will improve the game experience in all directions, "Dye Items" at NPCs is not necessary, only dyeing with bottles of dye.
