[Chosen] Dire Shielding range

Now that Dire Shielding was rightfully fixed to group only (you know it was too strong before, don't lie!), what is your experience with the range on a group only ability like this?

I feel like increasing the range won't have impacts on orvr like it was previously, as enemy aoe won't hit group members that aren't within 30 feet of you when you set it off. Auras affect allies within 100 feet, so its not unprecedented for this ability to have up to that range.

I do like the mechanic behind Dire Shielding punishing AoE damage, and think this game needs more options like this. Buff Dire Shielding range to like 50 feet or more and mirror it on the Knight if you have to, but I think its a good direction to take the game.

Anything to be able to help bust the "200+ defenders entrenched in a keep" scenarios that stall out the single pairing still open. Who here honestly loves a good stalemate?

That was a "fix it asap" with no sense (IMO) => make it grp only is useless no matter how range you give to it.

A fix close to "how must worked back in the time" could be 30ft AoE but capped to 9 targets max...

+1 to both ideas.
I would increase the distance to 100ft so its will be worth a tactic slot. Right know You have position Yourself hardly on order to buff DDs or heals in case they are under attack. Or...
Because some morale have 9 persons limits. Its really doable to apply this to tactic.
