Restricted to destruction ?

Hello, I just came across the following message: Restricted to destruction for 30 mins.
I only have characters in order. Some explanation ?

If I remember correctly the lookout timer is IP-based. Maybe someone with the same IP as you played Destro?

only I use this pc, and I never played or created characters in destruction. It was really strange, it had never happened to me before

Are you using a VPN by any chance?

I have the same problem. I have characters only in destruction and periodicaly i got messages "Restrictred to order for 59min" and can't start play. Any way to solve this?
P.S: i don't use VPN.

If you guys can help me replicate it, I'll look into it. Raising awareness of a bug is good, but showing me how it works is so much better.

Just experienced the same bug for the first time. I have characters on both side but I haven't played my Destro chars in 2 - 3 days.
I've been playing Order all day.
I might not have exited the game correctly (right-click shutdown app: don't ask me why
)
