Return of Reckoning

So most SC's have PvP quests associated with them but why you can't hand back in at the same person you get the quest from is a little strange, constant flying back and forth if you want to Orvr with friends or PvE whilst queuing, even a person at Warcamps that you could hand into would be a game changer for us.
