Return of Reckoning

Hi! I used to play this game in 2017, logged back on today with my friend who is also playing. I made a Choppa which has dissappeared from the account. My order characters all have funny names.
Eg: my kotbs named Azelikh is now Azelikh5EA990D5 and other characters with funny names. But I can't see the destruction characters.
