Return of Reckoning

So I have seen people with and addon that shows nearby players health bar when they are not full hp, also when they are dead it shows up too. makes it easy to find dead people in Warband and Forts fights. Players are not in the same party but it still pops up a window.
wonder if anyone knows what addon I'm referring to
