[Sorc]AoE build for newbie

Hi.
Can someone show me aoe build and explain me how it works? And what about stats, sets, better go for full vanq?
Who should I should focus 1st?

Basic rr50 AOE Sorc build:
RoR.builders - Sorcerer
Or you can use Hand of Ruin instead of ID to additionaly buff your Ice spikes, but I personally prefer ID - builds 40 DM and is a great finisher.
rr70 AOE sorc build:
RoR.builders - Sorcerer
Swich Lenghtening shadows for Piercing shadows if you want to go with a meele train (its nice to have both
)
As for gear, full Vanq is great but Onslaught is better, your goal is to have 4pc Onslaught for the damage proc so mix it up with whatever you got. 4pc OS and 3pc Bloodlord for example is awesome. BIS: 4pc OS/4pc Sov. your goal is to have low capped INT and 700+ wounds
As for weapons: rr45 SC weapon >> Subj weapon >> rr61 SC weapon >> Bloodlord weapon(current BIS, Fort weapon sucks :p)
Renown build: Full crit and at least Futile strikes II(goal is to have below 0% chance to be crit)
