Return of Reckoning

Hi Guys,
like the title says, im missing visual effects on some skills.
This includes SM Blade Enchants and Morale 3 Raze. Also Auras and Absorb Shields. It seems like BodyVFX are mostly impacted.

To make this clear, i can see the abilitys fine on other characters, not on myself.

After some research ive found many threads that discribe the same problem with some abilitys:

Here is what ive tried to fix this:

- Disable all addons
- Deleting the cache
- Changing the language
- Deleting the character files
- Disable and enable visualfx with command ingame
- change all different FX-Settings
- Disable "Read only"
- Admin permission
- Downloading a new client via torrent
- Downloading a new client via launcher
- Installing the client on another PC


Is this a problem for all players or just for me and a few and what can i try to fix it ?

I've had this problem so long I've gotten used to it!
