Return of Reckoning

For this function to work you must be near/inside the keep, which makes sense, but it provides no info if you try to claim it while too far away from the keep and about once/twice a week see people asking why they cant claim keep and its due to this reason. I'd love to see a system/error message that says "You must be near X keep if you wish to claim it." X being the variable of which keep your faction owns in the zone.
