Wierd skill numbers instead of Icons

Today after respec just before fort I encountered wierd bug with few skills:
Up screen are Aura Icons for those skills, and below same skills in skillbars.
Has anyone seen this kind of bug? Respecing, reloading UI, deleting Cache folder and reloading didnt help, had to wait out whole fort to have a chance to restart client. Those skills are not useable. Speced ones, Wrecking Balls, aoe init debuff and aoe knockdown of Mara.
I`d report it on bugtracker but i`m not sure what i did this time, I sometimes respec few times a day between Savagery roam and Monstro WB play and thats the first time i saw this.
