Return of Reckoning

I get this msg when trying to connect

Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'D:\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe' is denied.

I've taken off fire wall. allowed all permissions for torrented file and run in admin mode, still cannot connect any ideas?

Right click on the folder at, D:\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\, and click on properties.

If the Read-Only check box is ticked, just untick it, apply and OK.
