Engineer Turrets and PQ´s is bugged!

Ive made a buggreport and I apologize for making this post.
But I hope it will get more attention, and even tho its an PvE bugg, get a fix in the future.
The problem with Engineers turrets (and Magus pets) is that it cant do damage to mobs in Public Quests.
I wonder if it has anything to do with this:
patch notes:
[Public Quests]
- Public quest NPCs that are part of kill objectives can now only be damaged by players and not by other NPCs.
