Return of Reckoning

What is the deal with half my characters missing most of their gear? it usually comes back but some of my stuff hasn't.

it happens from time to time, you gear should come back with you on the next server reset....hopefully

Mine is gone as well. I wonder why this happens?

Also i should note that i know this is a has been happening for a while. I just want to know if the devs know why it is happening. And how big much of a priority it is to get fixed.

They already know no point making another thread when there are already several.

It doesn't happen from time to time. in this month i could play with my chars for a few days only. I lost items 3 times, couldn't log in 2 times. A server restart was made after 3 days. i lost 7 items by the mailsystem. I reported it, but nothing happened. no answer. i had expected : sorry we can't do anything the mailsystem is broken. this game is revived from the community for the community and it only lives with the coommunity. but i see no dialogue.

yes. this get silly. just log out play something else. check tmow if fix.

it's strange that the item loss happens way more often than usual. in the last 2 weeks i lost and got back items because of server crashes/resets.
Now i'm arrived at my 3rd item loss and it's really heavy now (almost all my toons are naked )
so playing is kinda difficult this time

Yes, the last server restart really led to the massive disappearance of things of my characters. Now I hardly capable to play as one character and a lot more modestly. I do not have anything on the trade, because my bags are almost empty. This is we really the annoying.

Yr playing a game for free its barely alpha stage get used to bugs.
