Return of Reckoning

Disclaimer: I'm not very good with tech stuff.

So I'd downloaded the game and played it successfully for about a month, but then a new windows update rolled around and I get an error message when I try to connect. I already tried reinstalling the game to no avail, and I have no idea what happened as it worked before. I'm not even sure if it was the update or something else. Below are screenshots of the error message and the folder.

Note the attatchments aren't posting to the site for whatever reason, the error message essentially just states that the game has thrown an unkown exception.
