Return of Reckoning

In theory, these two should synergize, right? On my tooltip, Inspiring Attack increases my Willpower by like ~600. Willpower increases the effectiveness of healing abilities. My theory is that you should use Inspiring Attack and then use Grumble and Mutter, and G&M should get a huge boost in healing effectiveness, right?

Except it's not working on my end. My Willpower isn't changing G&M's potency at all.

Anyone else?

Havnt got any screenshots, but something surely seems...off.
My highest heal ( crit) was 650...and that was with a solid 450 willbuff from inspiring attack.
That heal should have been higher than that

Just tested it in PvE. With full willpowerbuff my healprocs crit for around 800.

Grumble heals me for 410 a tic base and 547 with a full grudge Inspiring Attack buff.

That sounds ok
and add 50% on crit
