Return of Reckoning

Tried this tactic and apparently it has no effect on me. Can anyone please confirm?

Two images to illustrated that Bolstering Enchantments does function and proc as advertised. I do not have access to the combat logs for the fight from which these were taken.

Working (at least in PvE), but this tactic is a bad joke, not even remotely useful at anything... 300 heal in 10s... better use phantome blade (wich is bad too but not as bad). :/

I tried it only solo and it did not heal me.

Try re slotting it when you zone.

still not working. will try it again when in a party. maybe it heals only groupmates now.

Sorry guys, false alarm - it is working on me. Heal meter shows it. What I couldn't see were green heal numbers on the screen when it proc'd
