You have to exactly read the OP and thats it. And if the work to look sh*t up for 5 minutes is too hard, then it so may be.

Right click on war.exe, Properties, click Unblock.
Do the same for any other errors that come up.

Please stop strawmanning. The post "READ THIS BEFORE POSTING IN THIS FORUM" (hint!) is here specifically so that we don't have to respond to queries like this one.
Its title is NOT a suggestion, and noise isn't a troll either. The blame is on you.

i saw someone post a similar problem, and a helpful person responded with the solution, which is to uncheck the folder "read only" option.
Thank you for your kind attempt to help, unlike noisestorm, our resident Board Troll

No the blame is on you for making us have to uncheck the "read only" on the folder to make it work.
Plus noise is the one who strawman me, making it out like taking 5 min to look up somthing was too much work! that's the very definition of strawmanning and trolling
and you both just assumed the stickies weren't read first. and No the solution to my problem wasn't in the OP. i'm sorry that me not wanting to read 42 pages of a thread offends you both! Thankfully there are kind posters here willing to help newbies.
