I cannot get in to the game because of an error

When I try to connect to the game I receive a box that says this:
Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\JW\Downloads\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe' is denied.

I can get into the forum ok, but I would rather play. Hopefully someone in there knows what is going on with the error message so that I can get in there and do some damage. Please let me know.
