Alchemy Question

Hello, I have been crafting potions for awhile now, but having some issues figuring out "exactly" what people are using to make two specific potions. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for specific ingredients you are using. I understand they may be crits, that is fine. Thanks in advance!!

Potent Draught of Recovery - 2748 health restored instantly
Potent Rejuvenating Draught - 183 action points
Blue pots (those) are crits. You can use any healing but the cultivation version is Hurling Spumepetal with either a Majestic Fusk (multiplier) and two Pristine Arboreal Resin OR with two Majestic Goldweed and a Savage Marshroot. AP base ingredient is Drunken Dandedragon with the same extra components. Crits are rarer nowadays than before.

Id assume it was. I made 1400 HP pots and got 110 blues out of it. Way lower than previously; hurts most on Armor pots.
