Flesh Hound -- Feet drag on the ground.. Bo problems

I chose the flesh hound over the pegasus.......
Is it too late to have the mount scale to the size of our characters? My BO looks stupid with his toes dragging on the ground riding a dog...
Such a great idea, but I feel really sad now that im stuck with this mount I wont ever use for 60 days..
It just looks bad.. I would rather use the standard mount.. No fun.
