Stuck in zone 413 loading screen

Not sure is this bug or what but im stuck in loading screen to zone 413 next to altdorf flight master. any help?

Likely you are missing patch files. Make sure you don't have an anti-virus blocking updates. And if you have the game in C:\Program Files you need to move it somewhere else, otherwise Windows will block writes from the updater.
