Hi there, i search a list of items, that boe for my twink, becose i got lot of emblems with my main and want to get epic toughtness fragments 200lvl. Wich armor i have to buy that it will proc that? Anihilator boots and glove, or conq boots and glove? My twink is magical salvaging and my main is talisman maker and scavenging. I read that toughtness cant get find with scavenging

for purple fragment, you need to salvage BoP PvE set. or 38+ purple BoE drop from mobs.

So i have to buy epic items from AH or farm this?

Yes. You need purple items for purple 200 toughness materials.

From Annihilator you get 200 blue materials. They do usually +19 talismans. Sometimes +20,21,22,23 ones. You just need to do it 50 times.

Brake down vanq meds into officer meds => buy the chapest piece BoE (boots/gloves) with the stat you need, buy a lot of them => salvage the fragments => craft a ton of +19 blue talis and pray to get crits to get some +23 epic talis.

Orher way to get +24 talis is join/form a wb to farm Chp22 public quests => you will get chest with 3 epic talis (+24) of random stats in any bag green+ from the PQ.
