Searching Kotbs Stalker Items that arent in the Quests.

From the pictures of the Armor Sets there is the Belt (Faulds) and the Helmet in Stalker Style.
Although there are no Stalker Set items of these two items.
Have anyone seen them on other ingame items?

They could be blue/purple rarity rewards from t3 PQs

There are no purple items in T3 if I am correct. In T3 you only get coins or items like mayhem and the other full sets.
