I cant connect to the Server

Hi everybody,
my problem is that i cant login, i always get the "timed out" message.
I played RoR alot but now i cant connect to the Server.
Please help me.

+1, seems that nearly nobody can enter, as long as i only see 5 people online in the main web.
EDIT: solved on restart.
