Buffhead help

Hey so I just got this game again, I havnt played it for like 10 years. I downloaded buffhead but I cant figure out how to get into the Buffhead Menu /buffhead didnt work.
If anyone can help me that would be amazing thanks so much!

to use "/" commands, you need the addon libslash.
