Return of Reckoning

I love playing Dwarves but I absolutely HATE strapping that infernal contraption to my back to move quickly, it's UNNATURAL I tell you! (And those Engineer types are just a weird lot)

So would it be possible to allow Dwarves to purchase or otherwise acquire that sweet Rinox mount you introduced as a temp twitch drop? (By acquire I mean on a permanent basis)

Hell I don't even care if you make it cost 5x as much or made the quest whatever take weeks to complete, I just want to RIDE something (and yes, I still have my pony....I would even be ok if i could buy a pony that was as fast as the other race mounts)

I dont think a slayer (doom seeker) riding a shitcopter would be very lore friendly...

The alternate mount for dwarfs is no mount at all. It's called Dwarven March. Special temporary mounts are special and temporary, and will stay that way so you have a reason to play future events.

According to the lore you should be happy to have a mount at all since dwarfs don't really have mounts and no cavallry at all.

And to be fair.. Rhinox are mounts for ogres and not dwarfs

Boooooo. Well I can't argue with your logic my brother Dwarf and I WOULD run everywhere if it were not for that whole, "keep up with the WB" thing TBH, when the flying contraptions were announced back on the live forum (well before the game went live of course) I was appalled for that very reason.

So ok then, how about a more lore friendly option and allow us Dwarves some 'Marching Boots' that have the ability to keep up with mounts? There will be a latency period just like mount summoning where we will put the boots on and then we just run everywhere faster!?

Yep, would be big QoL change. Using pony is worthfor the idle animation alone.

Wait so march would be Dwarfs move at +60% speed. What would the animation be? Looney Tunes Road Runner legs?
