Return of Reckoning

Awhile back there was an interesting thread, if I'm not pulling this out of phlogiston. A number-cruncher type suggested that after 800-900 Str, weaponskill would add more dps/sec. Does anyone recall this thread? Bump it here if you can.

I'm also wondering about the recent update to weaponskill. I have a lot of purple +200 frags and I want to use them wisely. I assume they're good for Rifleman engineer.
