Login timed out...

Greetings everybody,
First time on the server, I have a login issue,
I have the following message (in game):
"Entering the fray ...
Connecting to server ...
Handshaking ...
Logging in ....
Login timed out."
I have seen a few people with this issue, I wonder if it was fixed...?

I am in the server and floating around. According to the message that was left on my phone you can only enter the server if you donate one Rune Scribed item to my inbox once the server is back up.
