Return of Reckoning

So I was discussing this, and the largest zone battle that I can recall... that also was lag free... was Reilkland last spring (April/May 2020)

The zone didn't flip for about 12 hours or more, at the peak (I played most of those hours) Destro had over 600 and Order over 550.

I heard no complaints of lag, and I had none ( my graphics on high always, unless in forts).

The only complaints I heard was... when will this zone flip .

Anybody remember it, anybody remember similar or larger battles?

PS- Grats to these Devs - miracle workers with 2008 tech.

I remember some massive battles in Eataine and KV in April, probably most I've seen. I think the KV had 1400 players.

Weirdly, it was running better than 200 vs 300 does now...

Not sure about the raw numbers, but I remember a 24+ hour KV a couple months ago.

dont have any picture but i remember having about 2k players on nordland when the lazy peon made the RoR video.

Does anyone remember the Kadrin Valley fight earlier this year? I think we broke 1500 or maybe 2000 in the single zone.

Yeah Kael, I think that was the one I was talking about. I think it wasn't 2k, something more akin to 1400 or 1500. But there were also still people out of the zone, server had like 2k online.

Yep, that's the one. I remember seeing it, going to sleep, going to work, driving home and eating dinner, then logging on and realizing 'Holy ****, is this still going on?? ...... Yes, it is...'

After this Streamer found Warhammer and the Devs were able to increase serverperformance ... T1 was like Khorne´s playground. This numbers ... this potencial!!! Sadly only few stayed.
