Return of Reckoning

This game is great fun from level 1-39, however, after reaching 40 the fun ends until you have at least 60 RR and grinded some gear...

For players who enjoy doing especially Scenarios, it would be nice to add scrolls, that 100% reduce exp gained, so you can stay forever in the 1-39 bracket.

The currently available 75% exp reduction scrolls will only slow the leveling process but you still will eventually reach level 40.

It's by design so we dont have min/maxed twinks dominating the lower tiers

When 1 - 39 is nice, you are welcome to make a new character.

I've wanted something similar too, but I understand the worries about min/maxd twinks... maybe make using it:

1. be longer term (24 hrs of playtime? or maybe a self-dispellable buff so you can toggle it off whenever you want)
2. replace any set-gear you have with versions without talismans
3. cost everything you own that's not currency or the aforentioned set gear
4. disable your mailbox and trading for the duration.

Then you'll have to survive on bought gear and earned gear (via pvp/scs/pqs).

It's almost like another game mode, but hopefully easier to implement.

The power gap is MUCH narrower in ROR and the bolster is pretty fair. Some minor tweaks maybe necessary but you are up to being dangerous pretty quickly.

You don't have a bolster as a fresh 40...

I highly doubt that the possible gain of power of a twink compared to a non-twink in 1-39 is as bad as the gain of power of a fresh 40 vs a Rank 80 40 with sov gear...

With all respect friend, playing sc from 16 to 39 is a pain, and well one of the solutions could be that there were some twinks so that the two factions can control the win ratio of the other, right now it is unplayable.

and for me i dont wanna try another class i dont like it, and im right now full sov so...

some classes have no place in the big and pretentious warbands and some of us just want to have fun with the game maybe, adding the option that the op talks about is the best for everyone, and maybe will end the everyone's crybaby asking for buffs and reworks that will not happend. sorry for my englando
