You have to upload the screenshots to a filehoster like imgur. There is no use in a path on your pc.

This post has the images of most set items - viewtopic.php?f=11&t=37911&sid=e9124867 ... 86360b0d45 - however some appearances are only on regular ones (randomly dropping, public quest, influence rewards etc)

Nothing sadly correspond to the items i seek in this post. Maybe they are not lootable for players.
