[Suggestion] Incentive for player who own invader set to opt out of gold bags in forts.

First of all, I apologize for my English.
And now to the subject of this post. The idea is to allow new players to acquire invader set a bit faster allowing them to play on more leveled filed with fully geared players.
I would suggest that there would be some incentive for players who already own invader set to opt out of gold bags, so players who are trying to acquire it would have increased chances to get a piece form Gold Bag.
My idea is to decrease the number of Royal medallions available in gold bags, and increase their number in Purple and/or blue bags. So that Purple and/or Blue would give more Royals than Gold Bags
