Is there a cap for the defensive stats
Block
Parry
Dodge &
Disrupt
or can you go up to 100% on them; and if yes, what are those?

If i don't say ****, 75% is max for def stat. you can be debuff on parry/block etc

yeah, the 75% cap was my information too, but people in /ad were talking about it being 100%.
so now i would like to have that info from an official side.

char stat can go to 100% but RoR is 75% max

can we please get an "official" to confirm or correct this?
would really help to prevent confusion in /ad every now & then...

Not official here.. but it's fairly clear if you test that there not an actual limit (was going to attach screenshot from PvE but it's not letting me upload..), it's also my experience in PvP, though PvP you get stabbed in the back a lot more.

Maybe there used to be a 75% cap like there was on toughness and is on armor, or maybe they have 100% base avoidance but forgot to factor in 10-30% strike-through..
I've heard some people mean it as a gear cap, which would be approximately true.. especially if you are of the mind that parry/avoidance from skills are not to be considered as equal since they can get removed or AP limited.. but that in my eyes would at best be a "soft" cap.

Either way.. would be great with dev confirmation

for PvP theres a soft cap for PvE its 100%

When you say 100%, do you mean basic character stats (naked) *2 ?

Yes there are caps, here is an old thread that covers it all pretty extensively, but the images Londo used are broken/missing. There is also some of this info on the wiki now.

There is no cap on defences from what I see, there are caps to contributions to the specific defensive stat, but otherwise there isn't any. 75% is a myth. You can test it yourself with 200% block with shield wall morale two, 200% parry with impeccable reactions tactic on SM, parry buff on bg, 800% block with oathstone on ib...
