Sound In Game

Hi all,
Since few days, i got a matter, i can hear all sounds from the game like music or fx (like hits) but i can't hear voices from all characters npc or players...
Dunno where it come from and dunno how to fix it.
Can you help me ?
Ofc my sound options are enabled, same in windows.
