Can't log in on one of my character

After T2 expansion i've logged in on my toon, got flight master bug (instead of flying in Nordland materialized in Bloodhorn near greenskins chapter 1), couldn't use a binding book, so tried to relog. Since then any try to log in on this character ends in showing loading screen and redirection to toon selection window. Other characters log in as usual.

I can also no log with my main char. He is the zone Nordwacht.
