Class reworks.

I don't know if there's an upcoming Rework for a class, but since we have witnessed, the last two classes that got reworked (Shadow Warrior and Squig Herder) felt kinda like a rollercoaster, it had ups and downs, which kept the players worried about what was going to happen to their favorite class. Weeks and months has passed and somehow it has been dealt with and I hope players feel good about it (i do about rSH). Keep in mind that this is not a post to debate if more Reworks should be implemented or not.
So anyways, I think that Reworks are good and bad, probably in some cases a small rework could be better and in others an entire rework may be good too. So the reason I'm posting this is to suggest an idea on how to approach or deliver a Class Rework to not have this rollecoaster effect.
-If Devs consider reworking a class, here's what I suggest:
1. Apply small changes step by step. Not all at once, the reason being, it's easier to tweak one spell/tactic weekly, it can be worked better with players feedback throught one or two months to finally end up with the final rework. It probably could be less scary than changing everything at once.
2. Before implementing something, Devs, please share your ideas too, since we, the players come here to share suggestions, it could be interesting to read your ideas too.
3. The FUN aspect of a class is very important, please keep that in mind if a Rework is going to happen. (FUN is not synonymous of OP)
4. Not everything is a damage/effect/stat rework, it could also be a Visual Effect Rework, some spells or animations could look prettier too.
5. That's it, if any of you readers have an idea to share, please do.
