Return of Reckoning

This is my suggestion, to fix the Guild Heraldry reset function. I'm rebuilding an dead lvl 23 guild and can't make a heraldry. Would be a great bugg fix. That ol "0 1722" is a frustrating for sure.

The guild heraldy reset works : just ignore those dummy figures.
But you'll need to perform the same change twice in a row within a 90 (or is it 60) sec timeframe (we did it last week for our guild).

And it still costs 200 gold if not mistaken
